About

Part of what I do is shaped by being made to move and by movement that is simultaneously interrupted. These conditions are inseparable from histories in which movement is directed, disrupted, regulated and differentially distributed, and from situations where language, recognition, hypervisibility-/disposability, and invisibility shift according to the terms of appearance.

Not only movement between contexts, but also the forms of contextualisation through which that movement is rendered intelligible or materially real. These conditions shape how I work across video, writing, publications, and forms that are partially public.

Works (selected)

The Grid is Made at Sea (exhibition, HDK-Valand, 2026) presents infrastructure not as stable surface but as an accumulated history of passage and racial ordering, where connection is not separable from capture, and where systems assumed to be stable move through instability that undoes that assumption.

Even Love and Death is Headquartered (video work 7:14 min 2026) Cuts interrupt sequence without producing continuity. The work proceeds through disjunction, where relation is held without narrative consolidation.

Pulsus, Passages To Its Ontological Bones (visual essay / publication, 2026) Text, typography, and spatial arrangement are placed in proximity without resolution. Description operates without stabilizing correspondence between what is named and what appears.

Black Death is Sanctuary (public programme, dialogue with Marie-Louise Richards, HDK-Valand / Göteborgs Konsthall, 2026) Repetition and citation structure the programme. Presence is organized through return rather than event, without fixing the terms through which violence is registered.

After Relation / Break(ing) Earth (publication, 2026) Rupture is held as ongoing condition. A continuing geosocial formation in which kinship, natality, and embodied life remain strained in the afterlives of mining and dispossession.
